I am Inês, with a deep passion for touch and connection.

My journey of massage therapy started in 2019.

I have worked with dancers to surfers, professional athletes to yogis, travellers and explorers.

Service is part of the core of who I am.

Through touch and presence we have the opportunity of self-reconnection and it is an honour to witness it.

The Services I Offer

• Relaxation and Therapeutic

  This massage is characterized by its fluidity. With mild to medium-strong intensity movements and pressures, accompanied by assisted mobilizations and guided breathing. Suitable for those looking to experience relaxation and seeking to experience tension relief and well-being.

• Bamboo therapy

  Therapeutic relaxation method from mild to medium-strong intensity, with manual techniques and bamboo. Provides well-being of relaxation in connection with Nature.

• Manual Lymphatic Drainage

  Gentle manual therapeutic approach in order to drive the lymph, detoxification of the lymph nodes and the interstitial spaces. Rhythmic cycles of lymphatic drainage rid the body of toxins and reduce congestion and fluid retention. Provides a state of lightness and relief from fatigue.

• Zen Shiatsu

  Japanese holistic bodywork practice that works through the meridian system to support the natural flow of energy (Qi). Using pressure with thumbs, palms, and gentle stretches, sessions are performed in a grounded and meditative presence. The receiver doesn't need to remove clothes.

Each treatment is adapted to the individual, helping to release tension, regulate the nervous system and restore balance on physical, emotional and energetic levels.
